I grew up in a family that ate a lot of fish. Some of the flavors that I learned to eat early on were lemon and dill. It is still one my favorite flavor combinations!

I’ve always been intrigued by the idea of making a souffle, but I’ve never been brave enough to try making one! This one egg baked seems like a simple straight forward version of a souffle!
