Have I told you about my cheesecake obsession? I went a while there in college looking for the perfect cheesecake recipe and would get mad if it cracked in the middle. We even had cheesecake at our wedding! I’ve been able to come to terms with cheesecake obsession, but I still love a good one!

Normally, when I see fried rice, it’s chicken, beef, maybe pork, or vegetable. If there is shrimp or seafodd fried rice, it is usually a special. So, to see someone share a recipe for prawn fried rice is a real treat. I’ll have to try to sneak this in to the menu someday soon!
