I’ve written before about my cheesecake obsession. It was even our cake of choice for our wedding!  I’m always on the lookout for a new recipe to try!

Back in college, I used to make my own granola. It was sugar free, with honey and safflower oil. These refined sugar free granola bars make me want to try both!

I love steak with chimichurri sauce. Normally, when I see people put steak sauce on their steak, I cringe. But chimichurri sauce, that’s different story.

If I haven’t told you before, I have three kids at home. Making sure they don’t have too much sugar is always a top priority. But, we always want to have our cake and eat it too. This cake just might be the proper compromise!
