Weekly Favorites 03/22/20 to 03/28/20

Every Saturday, I go through Twitter with #foodblogger and find my favorite food related articles. These are the Weekly Favorites!

Cheesecake is one of those desserts where if it is on the menu, it will end up on my check. It’s something I’ve never been able to pass up. Like the fried rice above, cheesecake is a great base to add flavor to. A simple vanilla cheesecake can become an Oreo cheesecake with ease!  I’m not sure if I need to remind you again, but I love cheesecake!

Over the weekend we had some baked salmon. It was delicious. To go with it, I made some Brussels sprouts sauteed in butter with garlic and mushrooms, a little olive oil, and finished with some white wine. Now that I see this, I’m definitely going to have to try out some scallops mixed in!

My mouth is watering, but for a second I was worried it might be drool. Cherry desserts and pastries have always been a weakness. Cherry danishes, cherry and cream cheese filled croisants, cherry pie, cherry topping on a cake. You name it, I’m probably eating it. And now, I have to add these to the list of delicious cherry baked goods I’m eating!
