There is something about a good bisque that just speaks to my soul! I know that I have had crab and crawfish bisques. So, I think I may have to make myself some lobster bisque when it cools off.

All of these flavors together make for a phenomenal dish. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had a Thai dish that wasn’t good!
Thai style beef salad. Seared beef rump steaks, sliced. Slices of mango, shallot, chilli and cucumber. Salad leaf and coriander leaf. I’m pretty well on record being anti slow cooker cooking. For some reason, it just doesn’t feel like cooking. I think this is one slow cooker meal I could get behind.
