Every Saturday, I go through Twitter with #foodblogger and find my favorite food related articles. These are the Weekly Favorites!
Some weeks, I try to find a theme for the Weekly Favorites. Sometimes it happens organically, while other times it takes work. This week, I was all over the place. So, this week, the Weekly Favorites is free form!
Pork and Shrimp Gyoza
My wife and I went through a phase, I think we are getting back it actually, where we kept a bag of frozen pot stickers in the freezer. Some broth, a few pot stickers, and a few veggies, and you have yourself a very quick and easy soup. All these years though, I had no idea these pot stickers were actually called gyoza!

Clearing Out the Pantry
Clearing out the pantry is perhaps one of the best ways to make a meal. It’s an interesting challenge. You’re forced to either make a soup, casserole, or anything else really with only what you have on hand. Give it a try. You’ll be surprised with what you come up with.

Cod for Dinner
Of course I’ve been saying this for years, but I really do need to work on eating healthier options. Fish is a great way to add healthy choices to your menu. My wife and I were actually talking about this the other day.
Cod with Simplest Fresh Herb Sauce. Cod is just a fantastic fish. It’s moist, inexpensive, hard to overcook, and delicious. Serve it with a very simple salad and green beans tossed with chervil vinaigrette. https://t.co/j4UkBGeQsm#recipe #foodblogger pic.twitter.com/8wfPF82hO6

Caramel Desserts
I don’t know what it is, but there is something about desserts drizzled in caramel sauce and nuts. This is actually a really interesting read about different peoples’ dessert preference. Who knew it could be so polarizing?

Hi! I know this is kind of off topic but I was
wondering if you knew where I could locate a captcha plugin for
my comment form? I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having trouble finding one?
Thanks a lot!
That’s a good question. I haven’t thought to look for one until now. If I found one, I will let you know.
